Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

These terms govern your use of Emma. By using the service, you agree to them.

Using Emma

You may use Emma to communicate with your customers and team in line with these terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you give Emma and for how you configure her on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Billing and credits

Plans are billed monthly and include a set allowance of message credits. One reply is one credit, and longer answers may use more.

Additional credits can be purchased as top-ups, with auto top-up or manual top-up at your choice. There is no long-term lock-in, and you can cancel at any time.

Enterprise plans may include a one-time setup fee for custom build, tools, and integrations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Emma for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, or in any way that violates the rights of others.

Service availability

We work to keep Emma available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. Emma is AI and can make mistakes, so important outputs should be reviewed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will make the current version available here.
