We were drowning in inbound. Messages across email, WhatsApp, and social, at every hour, with customers expecting an instant reply. We hired help, but people sleep, miss messages, and cost money around the clock.
Public AI tools were faster, but using them meant pasting sensitive business and customer information into systems we did not control. That was a line we would not cross, and most serious businesses feel the same.
